July 1

The burial site of Benjamin Franklin's parents.

Grave of Paul Revere - the Revolution's Midnight Rider.

John Hancock's resting place. He is primarily remembered by Americans for his large, flamboyant signature on the Declaration of Independence, so much so that "John Hancock" became, in the United States, an informal synonym for signature.

Samuel Adam's grave. He was a statesman, political philosopher, and one of the Founding Fathers of the United States.

Victims of the Boston Massacre.

The Declaration of Independence was first read from this balcony.

We are on a ferry to Salem.

We approach Salem.

This was the house that inspired Nathaniel Hawthorne's book of the same name.

The home in which Hawthorne was born.

Roger Conant - founder of Salem in 1626

Salem Common

Back to Boston.

We've had a blast in Boston and Cambridge and head to Toronto tomorrow.
